Magor begins trading on TSX Venture and retains investor relations firm

OTTAWA, Ont. – March 15, 2013 – Magor Corporation (formerly Biovest Corp. I) (TSXV:MCC) (“Magor” or “the Company”), a global leader in visual collaboration solutions, announced today that it has begun trading on the TSX Venture exchange under the symbol “MCC”. In addition to the listing, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, Magor has retained Sutton Compliance Communications (“SCC”) to provide Magor with strategic investor relations services. SCC will focus on editing and writing press releases and managing communications materials; arranging and attending meetings with professional investors; ongoing contact and broadening relationships with the professional investment community on Magor’s behalf.

Under the terms of the agreement, Magor will pay SCC a monthly fee of $5,000 for select communication services. The initial contract term is twelve months, automatically renewed upon completion of the term, unless terminated by either party.
