Before joining Magor, Mr. Baker was the Chief Financial Officer of BioQuest Innovations Inc., a company that provides drug development management advisory services to life science companies in addition to interim corporate management. Prior to joining BioQuest, Mr. Baker was Director of Internal Audit for Torstar Corporation from April 2004 to May 2008 where he was responsible for internal audit activities and CEO/CFO Certification Initiative. From July 2002 to April 2004, Mr. Baker was Vice President Finance at MDS Pharma Services (an operating unit within MDS Inc.) with responsibility for the common business systems initiative. From January 1995 to July 2002, Mr. Baker was Vice President Finance for MDS Capital Corp. with responsibility for the financial reporting, management and analysis of MDS Capital Corp. and its affiliated companies; Chief Financial Officer for the public and private investment funds managed by MDS; and Chief Financial Officer for a number of start-up portfolio companies. Between 1982 and 1995, Mr. Baker progressed through a number of financial positions within Torstar Corporation and its operating divisions. Mr. Baker, a Chartered Accountant, obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University and began his career with Ernst & Young in 1978.

Ken Davison has more than 25 years of experience in the telecom industry. For the last 15 years, Mr. Davison has held numerous senior management roles in marketing, sales, product management and business development, with responsibility for corporate worldwide activities. Prior to joining Magor Communications, Mr. Davison held senior positions at Siemens AG (Unisphere Networks), Newbridge Networks (VP of Europe and Corporate VP of Marketing) and several telecom start-ups including Gridpoint Systems, Meriton Networks (acquired by Xtera Communications), DragonWave and Critical Telecom.
SVP Sales and Marketing
Ben Morris draws on over 15 years of technology business experience and success in a diversity of contexts ranging from promising start-ups to established large enterprises. Holding senior management roles Ben has always leveraged his passion for changing IT demands to persue new business opportunities for customers and partners, while driving strong results. Prior to joining Magor, Ben was responsible for building a sales team at Solink, a fast growing start up, where he led a SaaS oriented sales team which grew at double digit growth month over month since it's inception. Ben was also responsible for building and growing sales and marketing efforts at AirVM, a cloud management platform targeted at service providers around the globe. Earlier in his career Ben has also held senior sales and marketing positions at a number of public companies.
